Our Christmas delivery promise

We appreciate that choosing gifts can be tricky! Sometimes the fit or colour may not quite right and duplicates may not be needed.

That is why we have a 'no quibble' return or exchange policy. Even if you buy your gifts now we will be happy to refund or exchange in January :)

We have a few delivery options;

£3.99 - Standard delivery for smaller low cost items up to  610cm long. This is via Royal Mail and can take up to 3 working days.

£4.99 - 24hr delivery service for smaller low cost items up to  610cm long. This is via Royal Mail.

£7.95 - Next Day Service. This is via DHL Parcel. Please note that our cut off time for next day delivery is 1pm*

* Applicable from Monday to Thursday

* Larger parcels dispatched on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday

If you do need to return any gifts we will process your refund or exchange within 5 working days of receipt of the item.
